Not yet enrolled in the Very Young Catholic Project Online?
Here are some commonly asked questions about our NEW online program (watch the video for the #1 questions we’ve been getting or scroll to read!)
Do you have a question not answered here? Leave a comment and we will answer it!
Q: Is there a monthly subscription cost? Will I be charged every month?
No! This is a one-time enrollment fee–once you enroll, you have lifetime access to the program. No additional costs!
Psst–If we re-open the program in the future, the cost will go up. Don’t miss out on this incredibly low price! Make sure you enroll today.
Q: How long will this program last?
We anticipate this monthly program lasting 3-4 years.
Once we finish traveling to every timezone, you will still continue to have access to all the materials.
At the current lowest tier, this breaks down to less than $1 per month for 3-4 years of incredible resources (plus a Very Young Catholics in Argentina book that is included with your enrollment).
This is an INCREDIBLE offer–seriously, there is no other program on the market for this low of a cost!
Q: Can I join the online program later?
We have no plans to re-open this program in the near future.
We want to be very intentional with the families who register for this program. Because of this, we are limiting the enrollment window because we don’t want to have extra customer service difficulties in handling those who come late to the program.
This is the only enrollment period for 2023.
When we do re-open the program in the future, it will be at a higher cost.
Right now is the lowest $$ we will ever offer for enrollment–so please, if you want access to these resources, do not miss this enrollment window.
Q: How will I get the monthly resources?
Every month, you will receive an email with a unique webpage filled with resources!
You will have lifetime access to these resources so you can go back to refer to articles, book lists, recipes, videos, and more!
Q: What will be included in the monthly online program?
The monthly program will provide 8-10 resources to help you dive deeper into the country/time zone!
All the resources are created to fulfill this goal: capture your child’s imagination and SHOW them the Universal Church. Emily summarizes it well:
How will we do that? Well, we will do this through:
- exclusive “Ask Emily” Q&A
- you send in your questions, and Emily will answer them!
- Photos and videos from the Very Young Catholic Project’s archives
- interactive quizzes–learn amazing things about the world and the Church
- printable activities–so there is something for every age
- including educational mazes, coloring pages, and more!
- read aloud videos
- recipes–children love to learn what other children like to eat!
- including family recipes from Very Young Catholic host families!
- book lists to help you learn EVEN MORE about these countries
- reviewed by the Holy Heroes team for any content concerns
- travel updates on where the Very Young Catholic Project is going next
- and so much more!
We will be releasing a few sample activities from the program over the next few days. If you would like to be alerted once the samples are available, enter your email below:
Q: I have several kids who would all love their own Travel Log. Is there a way to get additional copies?
This is the #1 question we’ve received since the program launched!
Due to popular demand, you can now get additional Travel Logs so each child can have their own!
Throughout the Very Young Catholic Project Online, you will receive stickers, photographs, postcards, and more as you “visit” each time zone! A fun and interactive way to display everything you are learning!
Note: you must be enrolled in the Very Young Catholic Project Online to receive the stickers, postcards, polaroids, and more that will be sent out as we “visit” each time zone. The intent of this product is for families to purchase additional Travel Logs along with their enrollment.
If you are a teacher looking to make a bulk purchase after enrolling your class, please email customerservice@holyheroes.com for bulk pricing.
Q: When will the program start?
We close the enrollment window on September 29th.
After that, we will get right to work assembling everyone’s books, travel logs, bags, and other goodies! Taking assembly and shipping times into consideration, the online program will kick off in November so that everyone has time to receive the materials!
Q: I am a grandparent. Can I gift this enrollment to my grandkids?
We have gotten this question a lot!
If you are a grandparent who is hoping to gift this to your grandchildren, please email customerservice@holyheroes.com and Kristine will get it set up!
Do you have a question not included in this list?
Leave us a comment and we will respond!
is the Brand Manager for Holy Heroes after handling many other roles over the years. Make sure you sign up for our emails to receive more of Clara’s writing!
What age is the targeted age group for this program? Thank you!
Kids ages 5-12 years old!
I just saw the answer on another page….5-12 years old! 🙂
Will it be possible to buy the goodies to complete our travel log for the books we already own without re-purchasing the books as we go through the program? We have the 11 book set so far and love them!
Yes, I’m sure we can do that for past buyers of the books 🙂
Are there resources on the webpage for other earlier-released books which families may have already purchased, such as Austria or Canada?
Yes! We will be traveling through every time zone including the previous 12 books that have been released at his point.
Do the Very Young Catholics books go along with the monthly travel materials? If so, is it recommended to also purchase the books? Will there be a discount for those enrolled in the Very Young Catholics program?
Thank you and God bless your work!
The monthly program will include months that focus directly on the books and months that focus on a broader topic like geography, theology, and culture so families will not need to purchase a book every month. On the months that do focus on a specific book, some of the resources will be more general so families who are not able to purchase an additional book that month will still be able to participate! Our goal is that this program won’t become a financial burden to families 🙂
Right now, every enrollment comes with a complementary copy of Very Young Catholics in Argentina (the first program destination)! At the highest enrollment level, you will also receive Very Young Catholics in Togo at a discounted cost.
We are still finalizing details of the cost of each book for enrolled families. A discount would be a great idea 🙂
