As members of the Catholic Church on earth, we are all members of the “Church Militant” as we progress towards the “Church Triumphant” in Heaven. While we are struggling here on earth, St. Paul tells us in his letter to the Ephesians that we have an obligation to “… be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might…” by putting “… on the whole armor of God…” and have fortitude in the face of evil.
