“This book is way more than just a factual history. It includes photos, newspaper clippings, and vivid descriptions of the lives of visionary Adele Brice and other Belgian Catholic immigrant families to Wisconsin. I plan to use this little gem to enrich our homeschool curriculum this year!”
“Oh, I’ve wanted someone to write this book! While intended for 9-13 year olds, it’s also a great resource for homeschooling mothers or anyone who wants to share Our Lady’s message to us–to the United States!”
Written by a member of the Historical Commission for Adele Brice’s Cause of Canonization, Theoni Bell explores the methodical investigation process the Church uses to decide if Mary really appeared here on earth.
Follow along step-by-step as we examine how the Catholic Church determines if a Marian Apparition is authentic. Using research including original letters, official Church documents, and personal conversations with bishops, we explore the methodical investigation process the Church uses to decide if a Marian Apparition is TRUE.
While learning the process of HOW the Church approves a Marian Apparition, your family will ALSO learn the incredible visit from Our Lady to the wilderness of Wisconsin in 1859!
“Our Lady of Champion is one of the most overlooked Marian apparitions, yet it serves as an essential bridge between Lourdes and Fatima.Through beautiful storytelling, incredible research, and never-before-seen photographs, this book reveals why Our Lady of Champion has such an important message for our times.”
